Job Title: Lumper (Loading/Unloading Containers)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday through Friday
• Work hours will be from 4AM - Until the work is completed
• Competitive compensation. Weekly pay up to $1,000.00

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Load and unload containers, trailers, and trucks with speed and efficiency.
• Keep everything organized and properly sorted, maintaining the smooth flow of goods.
• Inspect shipments for damages and ensure any issues are reported.
• Use pallet jacks, dollies, and equipment to move heavy goods with ease.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace for you and your team.
• Be a safety champion, following all guidelines to keep the workplace injury-free.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50+ lbs) and be on your feet for extended periods.
• A team player who communicates well and thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work in a variety of conditions, from warm to cool environments.
• Punctual, reliable, and ready to give your best each day!
