TE'AMO is an AAPI women-owned bubble tea and dessert café franchise recognized for our high-quality products and rapid expansion. With 20 operating locations and 10+ more on the way, we pride ourselves on using organic and natural ingredients in our bubble tea and offering unique Asian fusion desserts.
We are seeking an organized and proactive Logistics and Warehouse Specialist to oversee warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate logistics. This role ensures our supply chain runs smoothly and supports the growth of our franchise.
Role and Responsibilities:
Inventory Management & Procurement:
• Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
• Track and record inventory levels in real-time, reporting discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate with suppliers to place orders, ensure timely replenishment, and negotiate pricing for cost savings.
• Manage inventory ordering and restocking , balancing cost efficiency and operational needs.
Warehouse Organization & Maintenance:
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse.
• Optimize storage layouts for efficient inventory access and workflow.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with storage and safety standards.
Receiving, Distribution & Supplier Coordination:
• Oversee receiving of goods , ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper documentation of deliveries.
• Manage vendor relationships , resolving discrepancies, delivery delays, or product quality issues.
• Arrange goods for pick-up and shipment to stores, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between the warehouse and franchise locations.
Logistics Coordination:
• Handle orders from franchise stores , ensuring efficient processing and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and suppliers to schedule and track deliveries.
• Resolve shipping or delivery issues quickly and effectively.
• Communicate with franchise locations to confirm delivery schedules and address needs.
Process Improvement & Cost Optimization:
• Identify inefficiencies in procurement, warehouse, and logistics operations and suggest improvements.
• Analyze costs and vendor contracts to negotiate better pricing and terms .
Qualifications:
• Experience in supplier communication, order placement, and price negotiation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word); QuickBooks experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry supply chains is a plus.
