Loading and Unloading Trucks

Location: Salisbury NC

Pay Rate: $12.00/hour + $2.00 Attendance Bonuses

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals for Truck Loader and Tape Seal Operator positions. This is an excellent opportunity for heavy lifters and those with machine experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently load and unload freight from trucks.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Operate and maintain tape-sealing machines to package products securely.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items to 50 consistently.
• For Tape Seal Operator: prior experience with tape sealing machines or similar equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
