Responsibilities

• Engage with clients via live chat, providing prompt and courteous responses to inquiries.
• Assist clients in navigating our website and finding relevant real estate information and resources.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions within the live chat system.
• Coordinate with real estate agents and other departments to resolve client issues and provide comprehensive support.
• Stay updated on company listings, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Provide feedback on common client inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Meet or exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics set by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Proficient in using live chat tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
