Job Overview: As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate and effective therapy services, including individual, family, and group counseling. Your expertise will help clients navigate life challenges while offering clinical assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing support. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating to ensure the best outcomes for clients. This position offers both remote and onsite work flexibility to suit your needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct intake assessments, interviewing clients and family members to gather relevant history and develop personalized treatment and recovery plans.
Provide crisis intervention, mental health care services, case management, and referrals to clients and their families.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to review and discuss client progress, treatment approaches, and recommendations.
Develop and implement individualized and group treatment plans to address mental, emotional, and family-related concerns.
Monitor and evaluate clients' mental health status and progress toward treatment goals, adjusting plans as necessary.
Prepare and maintain accurate clinical records to document client treatment and progress.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Required Licensure:
Must hold an active, valid license in the state of Georgia, such as:
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Compensation Range: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually, based on experience.
