Job Description:
In this position, you will use your clinical expertise to conduct assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy for individuals, families, and groups. Your ability to understand and apply clinical interviewing methods, psychiatric emergency intervention, and therapeutic techniques will be key in helping our clients achieve their mental health goals.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting diagnostic assessments to develop treatment and recovery plans for patients and their families.
Participating in the intake process, gathering comprehensive information from patients and families regarding their history, and providing necessary mental health services.
Offering crisis intervention, treatment, case management, and referrals as needed.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to review client cases, clinical issues, and progress, while contributing to treatment recommendations.
Developing individual and group treatment plans addressing mental, emotional, and family-related concerns.
Continuously assessing, planning, and providing clinical treatment for patients and families, ensuring progress towards treatment objectives.
Maintaining detailed clinical case histories for ongoing evaluation and tracking of treatment progress.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university (e.g., marriage and family counseling, social work, psychology, clinical psychology, counseling psychology).
Licensure Requirements:
Current licensure in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
Compensation:
$75,000 to $90,000 annually
