As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with Headway, you will manage your own flexible practice, conducting psychotherapy and medication management sessions for clients while receiving comprehensive support for insurance credentialing and billing. Headway empowers clinicians by facilitating marketing and referrals to help grow their caseloads. This remote position allows you to work on your own terms, providing essential mental health services to patients with ease.

Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC
• LPCMH
• LIMHP
