With 15 Great Clips locations across Spokane and North Idaho, we offer an average effective wage of $25-$35/hr (including base wage, productivity pay, and tips). Base pay starts at $16.75-$17.35/hr, plus monthly performance bonuses, PTO, health benefits, 401k, and a variety of scheduling options.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
