Job Description

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced, career-minded Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, assessing their project needs, providing showroom tours, and creating custom designs using 20/20 Kitchen Design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create custom designs using design software.
• Follow up with customers on leads and quotes to maximize sales and achieve sales objectives.
• Explain project steps and the necessary products to customers.
• Oversee the project from start to finish.
• Actively seek out new customers to grow our client base.
• Maintain a detailed log of completed work and quotes.
• Assist in preparing materials lists for purchasing.
• Support showroom functions, including answering phones and maintaining an appealing store appearance.

Job Requirements:

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and focused on achieving goals.
• Experience in contractor sales with a strong emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to analyze and interpret blueprints.
• Proven track record of driving sales and attaining profitability targets.
• Prior commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holiday sales events.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of kitchen, bath, and flooring design experience.
• Familiarity with 20/20 Kitchen Design V.14.3.0.95 preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
