Mangone Law Firm, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Bookkeeper to join our dynamic and growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the firm’s financial records , including monthly reconciliation, client invoicing, tracking payments, and working closely with the firm’s CFO to develop financial strategies. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy of the firm’s financial reporting, vendor payments, and assisting in tax preparation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in QuickBooks, and a passion for maintaining financial integrity while supporting the firm’s growth and success.

Requirements

• Experience: Extensive experience using QuickBooks and a proven track record in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial management.
• Bilingual (Spanish- English)
• Studies: Bachelor's or Associate degree in accounting or other related field, understanding of GAAP.
• Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulations.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and recordkeeping.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with a variety of teams, including the CFO, billing team, and collections team, to meet financial goals and deadlines.
• Financial Management: Strong background in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies for a growing business.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial management tools and software.
• Core Values Alignment: Must align with the firm's core values of extreme ownership, honesty, continuous improvement, empathy, clarity, results-oriented, deadline-driven, premium customer service, and zealous advocacy.
