Assist with discovery, including document review and preparation of discovery requests and responses. Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development. Requirements: Experience in patent litigation.
