JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join our growing team and play a critical role in both the day-to-day support of our existing Infor Syteline ERP system and our long-term transition to Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) .

This is a hybrid role based in Houston, TX . While we don’t currently have an office, you’ll need to spend some time onsite at our manufacturing facility near BW8 and Highway 288 on Houston’s south side.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide day-to-day support for our current Infor Syteline users across multiple business functions.
• Play a key role in our Infor CSI (CloudSuite Industrial) implementation project , which will span the next 2–3 years.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach for ERP users during a period of significant system and process change.
• Work closely with teams involved in Customer Order to Cash , Procurement to Pay , and Manufacturing/Shop Floor business processes.
• Help define and refine business processes and workflows within the ERP system using its built-in configuration tools.
• Assist in integration, testing, user training, and documentation as part of the CSI transition.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5–10 years of experience with Infor Syteline ERP (on-premise and/or cloud).
• Solid understanding of business processes in areas such as customer service, procurement, inventory, production, and shop floor operations.
• Strong communication skills with a “bedside manner” approach – you’ll be guiding users through significant change and need to be approachable, empathetic, and patient.
• Technically adept – while deep development isn’t required, knowledge of APIs, integrations, SQL Server , and basic data querying is a definite plus.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with periodic travel to the Houston facility as needed.

PREFERRED:

• Prior experience with Infor CSI (CloudSuite Industrial – cloud version of Syteline).
• Background working in a manufacturing environment .
• Experience in change management or user training during ERP transitions.
