Job Description

We are a growing mental health organization seeking compassionate and dedicated therapists to join our team in Worcester, MA. We believe in providing high-quality, client-centered care and offer a supportive and rewarding work environment for our clinicians.

What You'll Do:

Provide in-home therapy: Conduct family therapy sessions within clients' homes, building strong therapeutic relationships with children and families.
Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on individual client needs, utilizing the CANS assessment framework.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with other team members, including Therapeutic Training and Support workers, to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Provide Support and Guidance: Offer guidance and support to families in navigating the mental health system and accessing community resources.
Advocate for Your Clients: Ensure that all clients receive the highest quality of care and have access to the necessary resources to succeed.
What You'll Bring:

A Master's degree in a relevant human services field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology).
Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Massachusetts.
MA CANS certification (or the ability to obtain certification prior to starting).
At least one year of experience working with children and families in a mental health setting.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
A passion for working with children and families and a commitment to making a positive impact on their lives.
