Job Details
What you will be doing:
Develops and delivers training programs for nursing staff to ensure adherence to best practices in home care
Provides ongoing education and clinical support to field staff to enhance patient care and improve outcomes
Conducts regular in-home visits to observe and assess nursing staff performance and provide feedback
Collaborates with management to identify areas for staff development and implement educational initiatives
Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Serves as a resource for nurses in the field, offering guidance on complex clinical situations
Tracks and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as needed for continuous improvement
Participates in recruitment and onboarding of new nursing staff, providing orientation and initial training
Promotes a culture of learning and professional growth, encouraging staff to pursue certifications and continuing education
Skills you need:
Homecare experience is required
Training / staff development experience is highly preferred
