We are seeking a Healthcare Claims Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing healthcare team.
Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting attorneys with analysis of hospital claims.
• Organizing and managing documents received from clients and insurance organizations.
• Researching outstanding claims balances using online client portals.
• Assisting attorneys with preparation of appeals correspondence.
• Accurately documenting progress of each claim in our proprietary claims platform.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, with advanced to intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a sense of ownership and personal accountability.
• Must be reliable and have a positive attitude.
• Willing to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts a plus.
