The Shop in downtown San Rafael is looking for experienced hairstylists and / or barbers to join our team. We offer cuts, color and barbering services for men and women in a comfortable and energetic environment.
What We Offer
- $22 per hour base, plus easy to reach bonuses (bonuses are structured so that even part timers earn them) (These bonuses are why our pay is shown as a range.) The more productive you are, the more you earn.

Our pay starts with a base hourly rate and increases based on your productivity. The productivity bonuses are earned easily and immediately. These bonuses are structured so that even part time hairstylists and barbers earn them. Additional bonuses are earned for product sales. Of course tips, both cash and credit, are yours to take the day you earn them.
We are not a booth rental shop and we provide all the backbar product and tools, including clippers and trimmers, so if you have a pair of shears, you can start cutting with us for zero cost.
We are a walk-in Shop, so a hairstylist or barber that's new to our Shop, or even the area, will have immediate clientele.
