The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of a golf course, ensuring that the course is kept in top condition for both play-ability and aesthetics. • Supervise and participate in the daily maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and roughs.
• Ensure proper irrigation, fertilization, and pest control practices are applied to maintain the health of turf and landscaping.
• Oversee mowing, trimming, aeration, and seeding processes.
• Manage the repair and maintenance of turf and facilities.

2. Staff Management:

• Hire, train, and supervise course maintenance staff, including grounds crew and other workers.
• Develop work schedules and ensure staff works efficiently and safely.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

3. Equipment Management:

• Maintain and repair golf course equipment.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of all machinery and tools.
