Job Description

The Store Leader (General Manager) will work on-site at the car wash, greeting and interacting with customers and leading a team by example. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining customer service, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring maximum sales through excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and retain a talented team
• Provide regular performance feedback and coaching
• Lead by example in customer service and safety
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cash handling
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies
• Monitor financial performance and contribute to revenue growth
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience managing a high-performing team and results-driven leadership
• Experience with membership models and maintenance programs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 15 pounds
