Position Overview

As a Formulation Chemist, you will design and develop innovative agricultural adjuvant formulations that enhance the performance of crop protection products. Your expertise will contribute directly to our mission of improving agricultural efficiency while supporting environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new adjuvant formulations for agricultural applications
• Optimize existing product formulations to improve performance and manufacturing efficiency
• Conduct laboratory experiments to evaluate formulation stability and performance
• Scale up formulations from bench to pilot scale and support commercial production
• Troubleshoot formulation and manufacturing issues
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory affairs, marketing, and manufacturing
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in agricultural chemistry
• Support technology transfer activities with manufacturing personnel
• Contribute to intellectual property development and protection

Qualifications & Requirements

• BS or MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline
• 2+ years of formulation experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships will be considered)
