Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 Years Automotive Sales Experience
• Relentless drive to succeed

• The ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Valid driver's license required

Job Responsibilities

• Generate New Car, Certified Pre-Owned and Used Car sales.
• Organize all activities in pursuit of sales through excellent customer service.
• Ensure individual sales goals and quotas are met.
• Work with Service Department to create a seamless experience and increase customer loyalty
• Partner with the Financial Services department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach.
• Increase customer loyalty, generate conquest sales, and commit to delivering "the Best" customer experience in the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
