Position Title: Executive Chef - Corporate Dining  

Pay 15  

Reports To:

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Benefits and Bonus Eligible

Job Summary

Working as the Executive Chef for a premier corporate client in NYC, you will be responsible for the success of the culinary program. The Executive Chef will support cafe services, catering services and a micro market. This is a client facing position and relationship building skills are necessary. This position offers a desireable Monday through Friday schedule.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational excellence
  • Build outstanding relationships with the clients
  • Manage cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • Plan and create all menus
  • Purchase and manage inventory
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • High volume production and catering experience
  • Previous experience managing cost controls
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
