Primary Talent Partners is seeking an Events & Marketing Coordinator for a 6-month contract with our manufacturing client in Framingham, MA. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no benefits. An ACA-compliant supplemental package is available for enrollment. Responsibilities: Event support: Manage and execute tradeshow participation and travel across various market segments such as Biopharma, Pharma, Life Science Research, Clinical/Forensic, and Food/Environment to generate leads and convert opportunities. Coordinate with marketing communications, market development managers, sales teams, and exhibit personnel to select booth assets for events. Manage inventory of booth properties and display instruments with the exhibit house. Assist in executing regional trade shows and events, including submitting applications, managing content, ordering services, and handling logistics. Perform other related duties as assigned. Marketing support: Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns. Manage trade show planning documents. Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness using analytics tools. Perform other related duties as assigned. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Environment Requirements: Ability to travel. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift and move equipment up to 40 lbs. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 1-3 years experience in event planning, tradeshow, and marketing. Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing tools. Experience managing projects from start to finish. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
