ParkerBeth Search Partners is seeking a  skilled professional to oversee six-figure restoration projects, manage subcontractors, and deliver exceptional results for a growing team in  Orange County, California .

What You Will Do

• Estimate with Xactimate : Accurately scope projects for residential, multi-family, and commercial restoration work.
• Lead Restoration Projects : Manage subcontractors, trades, and timelines from start to finish.
• Ensure Project Success : Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control to deliver exceptional results.
• Build Relationships : Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders to align expectations and drive project satisfaction.
• Network Subcontractors : Expand and maintain a reliable team of trades and vendors for multi-family and commercial work.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in Xactimate : Accurate estimating, including sketching, is a must.
• Proven Leadership : Experience managing restoration projects valued at $100K-$800K .
• Hands-On Expertise : Skilled at scheduling trades, leading subcontractors, and driving workflows.
• Client Communication : Ability to work seamlessly with insurance adjusters and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Detail-Oriented Mindset : Strong oversight of budgets, schedules, and project details.
• Flexibility : Able to work locally in  Orange County with a mix of office and field responsibilities.
