Job Description

Our Client, a Financial Services Firm, is seeking a Commission Analyst in their El Segundo, CA location.

Responsibilities:

• Convert down loaded commission files into Excel spreadsheets for presentation to our commission department.
• Review and analyze commission cases within required timeline of SLA’s requirements
• Identify problems and issues of varying complexities that can potentially affect our advisors.
• Provide a high level of analytical skill, and ability to make independent decisions to arrive at satisfactory solutions
• Analyze and identify root cause of issues and recommend efficiencies
• Work on complex projects, using analytical skills to provide high level of detail.
• Work as a team player and productive member providing positive contributions to team as requested by manager.
• Work with internal departments to provide support as needed.
• Works independently with minimal instruction

Requirements:

• 1+ year of Commissions experience
• Very strong MS Excel knowledge and experience
• High School Diploma
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel
• Resourceful and Reliable
