As a member of RSM's Application Development, Data Migration & Integration (AppDev) team, you will play a key role in helping our clients along their digital transformation journey through advanced software enhancements and system integrations. The AppDev team is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions that deliver maximum value to our clients while ensuring long-term supportability and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver comprehensive data migration and system integration projects.
  2. Collaborate with ERP, CRM, and HCM design teams in the US to understand, review, and support business requirements.
  3. Support clients, consultants, and developers in designing and implementing data migration and system integrations across packaged software solutions.
  4. Oversee development activities and share progress updates following defined tools and processes.
  5. Demonstrate ownership by driving assignments to completion within deadlines.
  6. Analyze requirements, develop estimates, and contribute to project plans for timely delivery.
  7. Conduct testing and code reviews to ensure requirements are met and best practices followed.
  8. Mentor and train staff on technical skills, client management, and problem-solving.
  9. Assist with data architecture, system integration, data conversion, and performance optimization.
  10. Lead or support the development of internal IP, tools, and accelerators to enhance solutions and drive innovation.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, IT, or related field.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in data, application development, and data integrations.
  3. Experience with platforms like Boomi, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, SSIS, Celigo, or others.
  4. Ability to engage with clients to understand business and accounting processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  5. Proven success in delivering ERP, CRM, HCM, and CPM system implementations.
  6. Strong understanding of software development principles, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of emerging data architecture and development trends.
  2. Proficiency in technical and business writing for documentation.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365, NetSuite, Salesforce, or Intacct is a plus.
  4. Experience building APIs with REST or SOAP.
  5. Certifications in Boomi, Azure, MuleSoft, Alteryx, etc., are advantageous.

Salary range: $122,300 - $245,900. Compensation includes potential discretionary bonuses based on performance.
