Seeking a skilled Drywall Estimator with 3-5 years of experience looking to grow their career with a leading subcontractor. My client is one of the largest multi-division subcontractors in the Northeast, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated estimator to join our team near Pelham, NY.

This firm specializes in delivering top-tier subcontracting services across multiple divisions, partnering with industry giants such as Gilbane, Structure Tone, JRM, and AECOM. The team is built on expertise, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid proposals for drywall projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure competitive and precise estimates.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess project risks.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, material costs, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in estimating drywall projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction plans, takeoff software (such as On-Screen Takeoff or PlanSwift), and bidding procedures.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
