The Role:

1. Lead & Develop the Team – Hire, train, and retain top talent while fostering a strong team culture
2. Drive Operations & Guest Experience – Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service and addressing guest feedback.
3. Manage Financial & Strategic Goals – Meet financial targets, ensure compliance, and implement plans to enhance quality and profitability

• Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role, preferably within a country club or resort
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, labor costs, and operating expenses
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
