Campaign Manager – Marketing Operations

Responsibilities:

• Manage, execute, and monitor campaigns using platforms like Adobe Campaign Classic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Braze.
• Build audience segments with SQL and design complex, multi-channel journeys with dynamic content and triggers.
• Oversee deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Assess technical feasibility for new marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and clients to develop and launch campaigns.
• Work with Marketing Sciences to set up tracking and analyze performance.
• Partner with developers to implement and optimize code.
• Communicate campaign performance and updates to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements in campaign execution.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years in campaign management or marketing operations.
• Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic v7/v8 (certification preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to take ownership and drive results.
• Project management and client relationship experience.
• Knowledge of SQL, email marketing best practices, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and SSJS is a plus.
