Job Description

Our client, a leading creative agency specializing in the beauty and fashion industry, is seeking a Director of Creative Project Management to lead and optimize the execution of high-impact creative initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a deep understanding of creative workflows, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration within the fast-paced world of beauty and fashion.

In this position, you will oversee the project management team, ensuring seamless coordination between creative, marketing, and production teams. You will develop and refine processes that enhance efficiency while maintaining the highest level of creative excellence. From managing timelines and budgets to ensuring stakeholder alignment, your leadership will drive the successful delivery of campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and implement best practices for creative project management, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Act as a bridge between creative teams, marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Optimize workflows and resource allocation to support the execution of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in beauty and fashion to ensure creative projects remain cutting-edge and relevant.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in creative project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in managing creative workflows within the beauty and fashion industry, either in an agency or in-house creative environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Smart Sheets and Notion or similar platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment.
