Job Description

Our client, a top global law firm, is seeking a Corporate Transactional Paralegal in their Atlanta office. This is a permanent position in a firm that offers one of the best benefits packages in town.

Paralegal would join a wonderful team and handle a variety of transactional and finance matters and would work closely with their clients. Some of the responsibilities this paralegal will be responsible for include:

• Preparing legal documents
• Maintaining paper and electronic files
• Managing calendars, scheduling conference calls and meetings, and attending meetings and closings as needed
• Preparing initial drafts of finance documents
• The preparation of closing signature packages and closing binders
• Special projects and handling additional duties as assigned
• Attending client business development events

To be considered, Paralegal will have at least three years of experience in a law firm working with a fabulous team of attorneys. We are seeking a paralegal with a high level of organizational skills who build relationships with clients and is able to prioritize and multitask. This is an exciting opportunity to really have an impact in an exciting and fast-paced practice.
