This role offers an exciting opportunity to support attorneys in corporate litigation, compliance, and transactional matters in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities of the Corporate Paralegal:

• Support attorneys with corporate litigation matters, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research on corporate law, regulatory compliance, and case law.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.
• Review and assist with corporate transactions, contracts, and regulatory filings.
• Prepare and file motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
• Track case deadlines, manage attorneys’ calendars, and update legal management software.
• Communicate with corporate clients, outside counsel, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications of the Corporate Paralegal:

• Experience as a paralegal, preferably in corporate law or corporate litigation.
• Strong knowledge of corporate legal procedures, regulatory requirements, and court filing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
