LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal for a confidential client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal team and contribute to the success of a leading organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate documents, including formation, dissolution, and amendments.
• Maintain and organize corporate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct legal research and provide support on various corporate matters.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate and manage due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Support the legal team in managing corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Assist with the preparation of board meeting materials and minutes.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in legal research and drafting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour
