Job Description
We are looking for the right person who wants to learn and grow with our company, has a go getter attitude, and is always thinking one step ahead! Searching for someone who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential and commercial construction.
There is room for a lot of growth in this position. We have a book of projects ongoing and offer an opportunity for someone to work with highly seasoned professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform various construction tasks, including but not limited to:
- Drywall installation, Drywall Finishing, Skimming, Texture, General Carpentry, Trim Carpentry
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in working with power tools and hand tools
- Level 5 experience. Will need references as well as before and after photos of work
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans
- Knowledge of proper safety procedures and protocols in construction environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members on projects.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Requires bending, climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching at ground levels, standing for long periods of time and eye and had coordination
- Must be able to lift and carry tools
Additional Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to and from jobsite
- Must have valid driver’s license (will review on a case-by case basis for the right candidate)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Must be able to speak English fluently (Bilingual is a plus)
