We are seeking a  skilled Concrete Installer, Finisher, and Waterproofing Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in  concrete surface preparation, finishing, coatings application, and waterproofing techniques . This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

Concrete Installation & Finishing

• Prepare job sites by  cleaning, grinding, and leveling concrete surfaces.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete, microcement, and resin-based coatings.
• Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools (e.g., trowels, floats, screeds).
• Apply  polishing, staining, and sealing treatments as needed.
• Install decorative and protective coatings, including  epoxy, polyurethane, and other specialty finishes .

Waterproofing Application

• Apply waterproofing membranes, sealants, and coatings to  protect surfaces from moisture, chemicals, and weather conditions .
• Identify surface defects and implement repair solutions before applying waterproofing systems.
• Use  liquid-applied and sheet waterproofing techniques on floors, walls, and structural surfaces.

General Duties

• Ensure  quality control by following project specifications and company standards.
• Maintain  a clean and safe job site , adhering to OSHA and company safety policies.
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure project expectations are met.
• Operate  grinders, sprayers, mixers, and other specialized tools for coatings and waterproofing applications.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

• Own a valid driver's license
• Experience working on a construction site, understanding of blueprints and construction plans, and knowledge of construction tools, methods, and equipment is required
• High school diploma or equivalent is required - Associate’s degree, trade certification, and/or completed apprenticeship program is highly preferred

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in concrete installation, finishing, coatings, or waterproofing.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of  concrete resurfacing, microcement, epoxy, and waterproofing systems .
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs , work on knees, and operate power tools for extended periods.
• Certifications (preferred but not required): OSHA 10/30, coatings application, waterproofing training.
• Driver’s License: Valid license with reliable transportation to job sites.
