ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Build strong, personable relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
Policy Management: Oversee the maintenance of commercial insurance policies, addressing updates, changes, and endorsements.
Issue Resolution: Quickly and effectively resolve client inquiries and concerns to their satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, correspondence, and transactions in AMS.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, sales agents, and other team members to provide comprehensive service to our clients.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service processes and effectiveness.
RequirementsEducational Background: High school diploma or equivalent, further education or a degree in a related field is advantageous.
Experience: Previous insurance experience at an independent insurance agency.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Problem-solving Abilities: Ability to handle and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with the AMS management system.
Licenses: P&C Insurnace License
