Job Description
Akkodis is seeking a Cloud Developer for a Contract job with a client in Stamford, CT . The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in migrating services to the Azure OpenShift platform.
Rate Range: $80-$85/hr; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Cloud Developer job responsibilities include:
Migrate approximately 9 to 10 services from the current PaaS to the OpenShift platform.
Create routes and relevant services on the OpenShift platform.
Expertise in .NET Core and Azure .NET SDKs is required.
Redesign CI/CD pipelines to integrate with the OpenShift platform.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in cloud development and migration.
Proficiency with Openshift, Harness, and Azure.
Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, dependency injection, and resiliency.
Experience with GitHub, Azure App Service, WebJobs, Azure Storage, Service Bus, and Application Insights.
Expertise in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift and Azure.
