About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their team. The COO will be responsible for managing a large team and leading various operational functions, including network and school operations, student recruitment and enrollment, technology and data, and facilities. This role requires a strategic leader who can translate the company's vision into operational plans, ensure high performance, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations. The successful candidate will be a thought leader in operations, a collaborative steward of resources, and will work to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and diversity. Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a passion for the mission of preparing students for success. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA strongly preferred, and 7-10 years' of experience in an operations role. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in developing and monitoring systems to manage internal operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to anticipate the infrastructure and systems needed in a growing organization. The COO will also be responsible for team leadership, including hiring, onboarding, and managing staff, and must be committed to promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
