About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of advancing legal and lived equality for LGBTQ+ families. The CEO will be responsible for the organization's strategic direction, financial management, and all aspects of daily operations, including fundraising, public relations, and program development.
