**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Wash Manager to oversee daily operations at our car wash facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of car wash operations. The Car Wash Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining equipment, and delivering a superior customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Oversee Daily Operations:** Manage all aspects of daily car wash operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and quality control.

- **Team Management:** Recruit, train, and supervise car wash staff. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.

- **Customer Satisfaction:** Ensure an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- **Quality Control:** Monitor and maintain service quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with operational protocols and cleanliness.

- **Inventory Management:** Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment. Order supplies as needed and maintain stock levels.

- **Equipment Maintenance:** Ensure that all car wash equipment is functioning properly. Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance as necessary.

- **Financial Oversight:** Assist in budgeting and financial planning. Monitor sales and operational costs to ensure profitability.

- **Marketing and Promotions:** Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

- **Health and Safety Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Train staff on safety protocols.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the car wash or automotive service industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of car wash technology, equipment, and cleaning solutions.
- Proficient in basic computer software (MS Office, POS systems).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
