Create clear documentation and training materials for platform users. Serve as the voice of the customer throughout implementation. Strategic Analysis & Improvement Analyze data and processes to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Identify inefficiencies and design improved future-state processes. Translate complex technical information into understandable deliverables. Support change management efforts with clear transition plans. Requirements Essential Qualifications 4+ years of experience analyzing and documenting business processes, preferably in government or with government clients.
