*About the Job*
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide oversight to our clinic-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the daily delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans of care, as well as work in conjunction with the Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team. Candidate should have excellent communication and documentation skills.
*Requirements*
Pass a Background Check
Holds certification from the BACB as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA.)
Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.

Physical Demands*
The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms; and have the agility to quickly transition from sitting to standing. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. may also be required.
