Gina Rosato Law Firm is searching for a Bankruptcy Attorney to join the team. This position is in-office and the ideal candidate will live within 15 miles of the office. Your application will be kept confidential.
About the Firm: Gina Rosato Law Firm, P.A. is growing, and we are looking for an associate attorney to join our team. We are a consumer bankruptcy practice. All hearings are conducted by Zoom so there is no travel to the courthouse. Bankruptcy experience is preferred but not required.
Job Functions: The applicant will assist in all areas of the law firm practice which would include client consultations, analyzing and researching legal issues, participating in 341 hearings and confirmation hearings, motion practice, client follow up, and client meetings. Bankruptcy is a very client intensive area of practice. The majority of your day will be spent on client interaction such as in person client meetings, client phone calls, and responding client e-mails.

Compensation : We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Compensation will depend on experience. On the 3rd year of employment, employees are eligible to receive 25% of their gross wages in an employer-paid SEP retirement plan.
