Ensure excellent customer service, proper stocking, and cleanliness of the store. Lead the implementation and management of the food program. Serve as a role model for the team by displaying a sense of urgency, patience, and professionalism. Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance. Skills and Strengths: Leadership and team motivation Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Task delegation and follow-up Planning, organizing, and communication Cash handling and bookkeeping Problem-solving and providing solutions Safety and security compliance Preferred Qualifications: Retail or food service experience Management or supervisory experience Recruiting and hiring skills High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) Physical Requirements: Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds overhead and occasionally up to 60 pounds from ground to waist. Push/pull with up to 20 pounds of force. Bend, twist, and reach to manage inventory and store operations. Use hands for grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects.
