About the Role

Affirm Partners is working with a premier multi-strategy hedge fund seeking a talented and driven attorney to join its Legal Department in Dallas, TX at the AGC level. The role offers exposure to complex legal and compliance matters across a global investment management platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide legal counsel to legal and business teams on a broad range of regulatory and legal issues
• Draft, review, and support documentation related to private fund offerings, separate accounts, and investor disclosures
• Support trading activities by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating counterparty agreements
• Collaborate with the Compliance Department on regulatory matters involving the SEC, CFTC, and other regulatory bodies
• Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented legal and compliance environment with an entrepreneurial spirit

What Our Client is Seeking:

• Licensed attorney with strong academic credentials
• Background in corporate transactional law from a major law firm preferred
• Experience in capital markets or investment fund matters and a solid understanding of U.S. securities laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, curious, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or collaboratively
