Title: Associate Manager – Advertisement Operations

Location: Santa Monica, CA will be required onsite Monday-Thursday.

Duration: 3 Months initial Contract (can extend further)

Rate: $42-$47/Hour on W2

Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

• Document all incoming and outgoing campaigns, audiences, and pixel requests
• Implement end-to-end campaign tracking, tagging, and trafficking to ensure proper measurement of key media performance indicators
• Manage Hulu’s tag library and pixel implementation
• Enhance Hulu’s attribution models to optimize cross-channel measurement across digital, CTV, and linear marketing efforts
• Work with internal and external partners to build and distribute first-party data and target niche audiences
• Troubleshoot and collaborate with ad hoc support teams to resolve implementation issues
• Ensure all marketing solutions comply with data privacy laws

Basic Qualifications – What to Bring

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Ad Operations
• Strong knowledge of attribution modeling, data pipelines, and media measurement
• Expertise in marketing platforms such as LiveRamp, Tealium, AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
• Experience working across the Google tech stack, including DV360, SA360, and CM360
• Familiarity with key media partners such as Meta, Snap, TikTok, Adelphic, The Trade Desk, and YouTube
• Experience with JavaScript (JS), HTML, and CAPI integrations
• Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and their impact on media buying
• Knowledge of acquisition strategy, media metrics, and direct-to-consumer and/or subscription-based businesses
• Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility, proactiveness, and a collaborative team player mentality

Preferred Qualifications – Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in the entertainment industry
• Media agency experience

Education

• BA or BS degree required
