Job Description
What you get to do:
- Provide architectural support to our design team while learning from experienced architects.
- Create drawings for various projects our team is working on.
- Coordinate with other architectural and engineering team members on a variety of projects.
- Gain valuable field experience while you attend construction site visits alongside our experienced design team.
- Attend client meetings to learn more about the design process.
What we expect from you:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited university as a Junior or Senior or an Associate's Degree in Architecture.
A passion and desire to pursue a career in Architecture. - Prior work experience or internship preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency with computer aided drawing software including Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and other systems.
- A valid driver's license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons' ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
Physical requirements and working conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The ability to optimally communicate is required. The employee may occasionally move up to 15 pounds.
The working conditions of this position requires the employee to work inside an office environment. The environment for which this position functions may contain scents and fragrances. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $19-21 per hour. This range represents what The Boldt Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to: candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, alignment with market data and internal equity as well as other business and organizational needs. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work at our Appleton, WI office. If the incumbent works out of a different location, the anticipated salary range is subject to change.
