Job Title: Dental CAD/CAM Designer TEAM LEADER

Location: Charlotte, NC In Person, Remote applicants will not be considered

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually + Monthly Bonus Opportunities (Potential to earn up to $100,000 per year)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dental CAD/CAM Designer to join our team. CAD/CAM Designer with a proven track record in dental restoration design and production. This candidate must be proficient in 3Shape software, with bonus consideration for experience in Sirona systems. The ideal candidate will also have experience in 3D printing and the ability to oversee the workflow of two internal team members responsible for all printing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality dental restorations using 3Shape software, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant-supported restorations.
• Oversee the workflow of two internal team members accountable for 3D printing , ensuring efficiency and quality in production.
• Manage the integration of CAD/CAM technology with milling and printing processes to optimize outcomes.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to CAD/CAM systems and 3D printing.
• Stay current with advancements in CAD/CAM and printing technologies to enhance workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with 3Shape CAD/CAM software is required.
• Experience with Sirona software is a bonus.
• Hands-on experience with 3D printing in a dental environment.
• Ability to lead and manage workflows for a small team, ensuring high-quality and timely outputs.
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, materials, and CAD/CAM design principles.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with team members and clinicians.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
