Location: Hershey, Pennsylvania (Remote)Job Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 54 per hourA leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brand is seeking a freelance 3D Artist with deep expertise in Adobe Substance 3D Stager and Firefly to support the creative team as they adopt these tools into their standard workflow. While internal team members are making great strides with Firefly, Adobe Substance 3D Stager presents a longer learning curve-this role will serve as a critical bridge during that transition.As part of the creative production process for a high-volume, fast-paced brand, you'll play a key role in visualizing products and packaging across retail, eCommerce, and marketing channels.Responsibilities:Create photorealistic 3D product visuals and packaging compositions using Adobe Substance 3D Stager.Support ongoing marketing and content needs, including retail display renderings, eCommerce product imagery, and promotional assets.Partner closely with internal designers and producers to align with brand standards and campaign timelines.Share best practices and workflow guidance to help the internal team get up to speed with Substance 3D Stager.Contribute to a growing digital asset pipeline that will scale across multiple brands and SKUs.Qualifications:Demonstrated experience using Adobe Substance 3D Stager in a commercial or brand setting (portfolio required).Familiarity with Adobe Firefly and generative AI workflows.Strong understanding of CPG-related visual standards, especially for product and packaging representation.Skilled in lighting, material textures, camera angles, and scene composition to elevate CPG assets.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience working with or within CPG brands is a strong plus.Why This Role?You'll be supporting a brand that's investing in cutting-edge creative tools to modernize its content pipeline.
